AEROMAR offers its customers unique service charter flights (VIP flights), with special fares and an atmosphere of security, personalized service, comfort and quality. We provide tailor-made facilities for the event (sporting, social, convention, incentive etc.), always in accordance to specific time, dates and route requirements of our customers.

TO QUOTE A VIP CHARTER FLIGHT, PLEASE PROVIDE:

• Departure Date
• Return date
• Number of passengers
• Origin and destination
• Time of day preference
• Name of the travel agency or commercial account involved
• Name, telephone, fax and e-mail of contact

CHARTER FLIGHT CONTRACT

To secure a VIP Charter air transportation service, a corresponding contract must be signed, for which the customer must provide the following information:

• Name
• RFC (Tax payer number)
• Name and Address
• Fiscal certification of the person signing the contract
• Date and place of execution
• Name and Number of Notary Public

This information can also be used for later billing . The contract must be signed by both parties. The receipt of payment in full must occur prior to the operation of the flight.
